Using an ESA or State School Choice Scholarship? If you live in an approved choice state—including Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Indiana, Utah, Florida, South Carolina, Arizona, North Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Wyoming, West Virginia, New Hampshire, or Montana—we help manage billing processes directly with your scholarship platform. Private out-of-pocket billing schedules do not apply.

Payment Methods

For families managing school tuition out-of-pocket, we support flexible billing arrangements to fit your household budget:

Full Annual Payment: Complete balance due August 15th. Earn a 5% Early Bird discount if paid by June 1st.
10 Equal Monthly Payments: Tuition is cleanly divided across 10 automatic monthly withdrawals (August through May).
Institutional Discounts: A permanent 5% military tuition discount is readily accessible for qualified service families.

Administrative Rules

To preserve our rigorous standard of student tracking, instruction, and programmatic stability, we maintain clear operational policies:

Prorated Transitions: Families starting past October receive custom prorated scales (plus a small $15 administrative setup fee).
Plan Adjustment Settings: Core learning plans can be updated for any upcoming month. Multiple changes carry a minor $25 administrative file fee.
Record Custody: Official accredited transcripts and diploma documentation are issued within 30 days of track completion once financial lines clear.

Monthly Billing Timelines

For out-of-pocket monthly plans, please maintain awareness of our system payment cycles to safeguard active enrollment:

15th of the Month

Advance monthly billing window opens. Tuition for the upcoming instructional term is systematically processed (e.g., August 15th covers September attendance).

25th of the Month

Administrative grace period concludes. Unresolved out-of-pocket billing status past close-of-business on the 25th triggers standard account reviews.

End of the Month

Account final line. Unsettled private statements by the final instructional day result in systematic account pauses. Re-activation carries a protective $100 processing fee.
